The iThenticate program can be used by persons with titles of Dr or above ranking, only the analysis of individual articles or drafts. In addition, journal editors can also use this program, but the journal must be a journal published by the university, and the editor must also be a university staff. The system compares documents with a database of over 14 million web pages and over 50,000 academic journals and books, and does not save these documents in the database.

Turnitin
Turnitin is a database that provides plagiarism detection services. By transferring students’ thesis and project assignments to the Turnitin website; teaching staff can obtain similarity reports by comparing millions of assignments previously transferred to Turnitin, archived or current web pages on the Internet, journal articles in commercial electronic databases and electronic books. The Turnitin program is for thesis and project assignments only.

İntihal.net
intihal.net is a program developed to detect the similarity rate in academic studies. It is an internet-based similarity detection and reporting software that is specialized to detect many types of plagiarism. intihal.net supports different file formats.
intihal.net it can be used without any limit on the number of users or the number of scans. Student homework, master’s thesis, doctoral thesis or article/proclamation can be scanned on intihal.net without any document type limitation. Class logic in intihal.net is based on the folder system. In the Academician account, classes for student assignments can be easily created or personal documents can be analyzed without having to create a class. In order for students to upload their assignments, it is sufficient to know the folder code of the created class. Academicians and students are required to create an account with their corporate e-mail addresses in the “Individual Registration” section.
